At GoBuyNowAI, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of our international shipping and curated product selection, we have a limited and clearly defined return policy.
Our return policy is valid for 7 days from the delivery date of your order.
After 7 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer a return, refund, or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

How to Request a Return or Exchange

Exchanges (Replacements)
Exchanges are offered only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items
Once approved, a replacement will be shipped at no additional cost
No exchange is offered for non-defective items
Refunds
If a refund is approved (instead of an exchange):
You will receive an email confirmation
The refund will be issued to your original payment method
Processing time depends on your bank or card provider (usually several business days)
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are covered by GoBuyNowAI only if the item is defective or incorrect
In all other cases, returns are not accepted
